{"id":249,"date":"2018-10-22T03:23:22","date_gmt":"2018-10-22T02:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/matematica.cyon.site\/rubennotari.ch\/?p=249"},"modified":"2018-10-25T03:25:45","modified_gmt":"2018-10-25T02:25:45","slug":"idee-per-la-scuola-il-docente-divulgatore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rubennotari.ch\/index.php\/2018\/10\/22\/idee-per-la-scuola-il-docente-divulgatore\/","title":{"rendered":"IDEE PER LA SCUOLA: IL DOCENTE DIVULGATORE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con la proposta del docente &#8220;divulgatore&#8221; (*),<br \/>\nvorrei migliorare la comunicazione<br \/>\ntra le diverse sedi scolastiche.<\/p>\n<p>Come docente,<br \/>\nposso lavorare a Giubiasco,<br \/>\ned avere una collega che fa cose<br \/>\nmolto interessanti a Bellinzona,<br \/>\ne non venirne mai a sapere.<\/p>\n<p>Il docente divulgatore,<br \/>\nlavorerebbe al 50%<br \/>\ncome normale docente,<br \/>\nper il restante 50% invece,<br \/>\nsarebbe itinerante tra varie<br \/>\nsedi scolastiche.<\/p>\n<p>Raccoglie buone pratiche<br \/>\nsul territorio,<br \/>\ne le propone ai colleghi,<br \/>\nlavorando ad esempio<br \/>\nin team teaching con loro.<\/p>\n<p>Si creano nuovi contatti<br \/>\ntra docenti e sedi.<\/p>\n<p>Il ruolo andrebbe ricoperto<br \/>\nsolo per alcuni anni,<br \/>\ncos\u00ec da garantire una rotazione<br \/>\na tutti gli interessati.<\/p>\n<p>(La nuova figura del &#8220;consulente&#8221;<br \/>\nva un po&#8217; in questa direzione,<br \/>\nma mi piacerebbe coinvolgere<br \/>\ndirettamente i docenti,<br \/>\nda docente a docente,<br \/>\nun&#8217;occasione anche per<br \/>\nvariare un po&#8217; l&#8217;attivit\u00e0<br \/>\nper un qualche anno.<br \/>\nOvviamente ci sarebbe<br \/>\nuna bella collaborazione tra<br \/>\ndocente divulgatore e consulenti)<\/p>\n<p>(*) chi trova un nome migliore,<br \/>\nvince una birra ovviamente <span class=\"_47e3 _5mfr\" title=\"Emoticon smile\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img\" role=\"presentation\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/fa5\/1.5\/16\/1f642.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la proposta del docente &#8220;divulgatore&#8221; (*), vorrei migliorare la comunicazione tra le diverse sedi scolastiche.
